COVID-19 Response

As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. As a company we will continue to follow thorough sanitation and handling protocols that meet or exceed our industry standards and the recommendations of these health organizations.

For the safety of our customers and staff we are following health officials advise to practice social distancing and implementing the following procedures:

  1. Deliveries will be made to the receiving dock, or just within the receiving doors to protect
    product from inclement weather if needed, but inside deliveries will not be made.
  2. Service technicians will check-in at the front desk to follow proper protocol for visitation.
  3. Account representatives will maintain an open channel of communication via phone and email but will not be conducting on-site sales calls.

We will continue to implement preventive measures based on the recommendations of the CDC and other health agencies. And based on our preparedness, we are confident that our operation will continue to function smoothly and serve you with full continuity.
